Explore your inner world
Embrace the journey to self-discovery with uniquely curated ceremonial experiences in Boulder, Colorado
How I serve
-
Ceremony preparation starts well in advance of the ceremony and includes a great deal of self-reflection and clinically-tested expressive writing exercises. During this stage, we will build a connection, define your intentions, manage expectations, discuss inner-resources, community resources, and plan your optimal ceremony experience.
-
During the ceremony, my role is to hold a safe container - supportive, non-judgmental, where you can fully be you. All of you is welcome here, and I’m in service to you. I will attend to your physical, personal, safety, and other interpersonal needs with full attention and open acceptance, while avoiding psychoanalysis, fixing, labeling, or diagnosing anything. I hep support you through the ceremony with the smallest amount of intervention necessary.
-
After the ceremony, time and attention is needed to integrate - the period after the ceremony is very important in terms of information received and the application/integration of that information into your life. Thoughts will arise during and after the ceremony - the key is to tune in, be curious, and make space for them. After the ceremony (days, weeks, months, years) will be an opportunity to integrate those messages and healing into your life. Integration is not a one-time event, it is an ongoing process. We’ll work together to co-create a custom integration program focused on the areas most helpful to you.
